Q. Do you only have porcelain figurines?
Yes, at
this time our figurines are of porcelain, mostly from Europe, as we
consider them the most
attractive and the workmanship is superb and irreplaceable
Q. Do you have complete sets of leather bound books by well known and
classic authors?
Not
always. We have some incomplete sets but feel that the overall the
condition and rarity of each really old volume makes them individually
appealing and pleasurable to a collector or avid reader
Q. If I only want to buy one volume of
a partial set, would you agree?
Most probably
but it would depend on the number available in the set.
Q. If any antique or
collectible is damaged in transit do I receive a refund?
Yes,
although our packing department is very attentive to how antiques and collectibles
are prepared for shipment if the damage is directly the result of our
negligence we will reimburse the customer after our investigation
Q. Do I have the option to have the antique or collectible insured
for transport?
Yes on
request the purchaser can add the cost of insurance to their payment for
shipping
Q. Which method of shipping is preferred by you?
Usually US parcel
post mail is suitable for items to be shipped and a proof of delivery will be
requested. Also at the customer's request other fast overnight companies such
as Federal Express, can be selected if the US mail is
not suitable.

are the details available to us. In case of other antiques and collectibles
such as tiles the descriptions are minimal since the photographs speak for
themselves
